FROG’S PASS USA TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Frog’s Pass USA, a unique offering from Señor Frog’s available in Myrtle Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Panama City Beach, Pensacola Beach, Hollywood Beach, Hollywood Beach and Orlando. By purchasing or using Frog’s Pass USA, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing and using the pass. This product is not available at our Las Vegas location.

2. Eligibility

Alcoholic products are only available to individuals aged 21 and over. It is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased it. Valid identification may be required upon use.

3. Usage

Frog’s Pass USA includes per person per ticket the following: one cover, one appetizer from the selected Frog’s Pass USA menu, one main dish from the selected Frog’s Pass USA menu, and a drink from the selected Frog’s Pass USA menu. Frog’s Pass USA must be purchased at least 4 hours prior to using (for our Orlando location, it must be 24 hours prior to using). Frog’s Pass USA must be shown at the entrance. Taxes & Fees included.

4. Validity

Frog’s Pass USA is valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Expired passes will not be honored, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.

5. Exclusions

Frog’s Pass USA discounts and privileges may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated. The pass does not guarantee entry to Señor Frog’s locations during peak hours or special events, and seating is subject to availability. For our Orlando location, Frog’s Pass USA is not valid on College Night Tuesdays, Fridays or Saturdays.

6. Misuse

Señor Frog’s reserves the right to revoke Frog’s Pass USA and deny service to any individual found to be abusing the privileges granted by the pass or engaging in inappropriate behavior on the premises. Misuse of the pass may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

7. Modification of Terms

Señor Frog’s reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the pass holder to review the terms periodically for any changes.
