We are hiring an experienced Customer Success & Data Entry Manager to work closely with account executives and technical account managers to support pre and post-sale engagements focused on the optimization, retention, and growth of Meal Deals Pro restaurants.
You will be a critical part of something both wonderful and long-term. A deep understanding of Meal Deals is crucial to your success. The right candidate must share the same passion and enthusiasm for Meal Deals.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted product advisor to customers and ensure a great customer experience and satisfaction
- Communicate via email and chat applications to provide troubleshooting help as required
- Share customer feedback and insights
- Provide email support as required
- Data entry

Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills in English
- Design skills in Canva are an asset
- Skilled in managing sensitive communications and diffusing potential online conflicts
- Inventive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a bias toward action
- Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your workload
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, be adaptable and resourceful
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
