We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Rep to serve as the customer’s first point of contact when emailing or calling to learn more about or sign up for Meal Deals, and be successful and committed to outbound telephone and email sales.
You will be a critical part of something both wonderful and long-term. A deep understanding of Meal Deals is crucial to your success. The right candidate must share the same passion and enthusiasm for Meal Deals.

Responsibilities:
- Phone calls and email follow-ups to qualified leads in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales objectives using outbound calls and emails
- Help with onboarding your new clients to Meal Deals
- Maintain the CRM data integrity with constant updating of opportunities, contacts, accounts, and sales reports

Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence
- Proficiency in computer skills
- 2+ years experience in software B2B sales
- Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills in English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Skilled in managing sensitive communications and diffusing potential online conflicts
- Inventive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a bias toward action
- Staying on top of trends and adapting sales strategies to it
- Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your workload
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, be adaptable and resourceful
